1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, browsing, accessing, or using Promtory, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. If you disagree with any of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your access. Continued use of Promtory will constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Definitions

“Subscription” means a paid plan that unlocks premium features of Promtory, billed on a recurring or one-time basis depending on the selected option.

“Services” means all the features provided via Promtory, including both free and subscription-based functionalities.

“User” means any individual who accesses or uses Promtory.

3. General Use & Service Scope

• Promtory is designed to help users discover, browse, and copy curated AI prompts for text-to-image models.
• The app allows you to copy prompt text directly to your device clipboard with one tap.
• Promtory is provided for personal, non-commercial inspiration and creative prompt engineering.
• You are responsible for your device, internet connection, and any third-party AI platforms where you use the copied prompts.

4. Subscriptions, In-App Purchases & Payments

• Certain premium prompt collections or features in Promtory may require an active auto-renewable subscription or in-app purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID / App Store account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time through your Apple App Store Account Settings.

5. Refunds Policy

All billing, purchases, and refund requests for iOS in-app purchases are handled directly and exclusively by Apple under the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

6. Device Access & Privacy Guarantee

Promtory does not require or request access to your device’s Camera, Photo Library, Contacts, Location, Microphone, or any biometric sensors.

• The app solely accesses the standard system clipboard when you explicitly tap the "Copy" button to paste prompt text into your desired application.
• No personal files, photos, or sensitive device information are collected, scanned, or transmitted.

7. Intellectual Property & AI Prompt Usage

All application design, branding, visual styling, curation, and software remain the intellectual property of the developers. Users are free to copy and use prompt texts in their own creative workflows on compatible AI platforms in accordance with those platforms' respective terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Promtory is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to ensure high quality and accuracy of all curated prompts, we do not guarantee third-party AI image generator outputs or availability.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Promtory services if terms are violated.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be accessible within the app and website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable laws, and any disputes shall be resolved in appropriate courts of jurisdiction.
